When building forms for your website, there are always some elements that you want to modify graphically but are unable to do so. Written by Jai on December 14, 2008 – 5:14 pm - 2,858 views
I am happy to release a new premium WordPress theme from Blog Oh! Blog called Slidepress. This is a unique, one of its kind, WordPress theme that allows you to showcase your blog posts in the form of slides instead of just normal text (also the reason for naming this theme as Slidepress). This theme can be used by anyone who wants a different and lively look for his blog.
Why the sliding posts?
Usually when readers go through your blog, they have two choices of navigation :- Either scroll down through a long list of posts and get lost in them, OR, navigate through different pages to view the posts. Slidepress saves your readers’ time
. The hard work of converting your blog posts into individual slides is totally handled by Slidepress. All you need to do is make the posts and set the number of posts you want to see sliding on the home page of your blog (this can be done through your wp-admin -> settings -> reading).
Other features of this theme include :-
- Unique layout & design
- Slider posts
- Custom drop-down menu for pages & sub-pages
- Widgetized sidebars at the bottom
- Uniquely designed comments section
- Eye-catching blog description with the title
