You should perhaps contact TLA for the help since its their code which is not showing up. Template will not block your ads in any way.

I'm using BOB V1. I upgraded to V2 hoping it would fix my problem, but no go. I use TLA (text link ads) and they do not show up in IE. Nothing after my TLA code appears in IE. There is no problem in Firefox. I've gone back to BOB V1 in the meantime.

I was told to amend the CSS with this code to fix the problem

\\word-wrap: break-word; /* fix for long text breaking sidebar float in IE */
overflow: hidden; /* fix for long non-text content breaking IE sidebar float */\\

but it is not clear to me WHERE in the CSS this fix should be made. Can you help?

Thanks.

Yes I tried that but it kept throwing a blue line in there. I've had no luck adding it.

For this, you will have to modify the sidebar.php file. If you open it, you will see that it calls 3 files.. rss.php, lsidebar.php and rsidebar.php.

If I am guessing correctly, you want to put something like rss.php on top of lsidebar and risidebar. So, just look into rss.php file and try to duplicate it and call it in sidebar.php file.

No, sorry I didn't explain it well enough I guess.
I do not want to add a third sidebar, two is enough.
I want to add, towards the top, another double wide area like the rss or search areas that are already there.

I am loving the BOB v2 theme. Thanks for a great theme!
I'm trying to figure out how to add another sidebar box the size of the rss or search box, for the purpose of displaying two 125x125 ads. I tried altering the code for sidebar.php as well as the css but it didn't work. Would you be able to please point me in the right direction on how to accomplish this?
Thanks in advance.

Got it. I renamed index_normal to index (and named index as old index just in case it was needed) and it got rid of the summaries.

I downloaded BOB V2 and really like it.
I changed the code so the front page will show more than one full post. But after each post it now says put your ads here. I would only want an ad after the first post, not after each one. Is there a way to change it to do that, if not where is that code located so I can remove it?
Also, is it possible to remove the post summaries completely from the bottom?
Thanks in advance for any help.
