That makes sense, and I tried it, but doesn't seem to do the trick. I added the following to the CSS:

`
.entry img{margin:20px; padding:20px; border:solid #003300 4px; align:center}`

`
Then I added the following code to a test post:

`
<img src="http://worstquarterly.com/wp-content/uploads/2008/05/lynyrdskynyrd_group_duo.jpg" alt="LS" class="entry img"/>`

`

However, the class attributes weren't applied to the image. Also, the image displays at double its actual size. It's a 250 pixel image, and it displays as 500 pixel.

This is probably something really simple, but I'm missing it...

Thanks!

Hi,

You can put this class in your css

.entry img {}

and then specify the border, padding in that.

I'm a bit of blogger newb, so sorry if this is a dumb question... I'm using (and loving) BlueBox, but can't figure out how to modify the borders and padding on images. I thought that was all handled via the "image" tag, but I can't find that tag in the stylesheet.

What am I doing wrong?

I guess I need one. My visitors and I have been looking at the words "CorpBlue" at the top of my page for awhile now. We're ready to move on. ;)

How do I make an image out of text? I tried changing the image to one of my pictures, but it ends up too big.

I've never made a banner before. I plan to try that one later, but for now, I'd just like to change the text at the top.

As you can probably tell, I'm new at this. Be gentle, please.

Hi Jai,

thank you, I saw that - but how can I make the header DIV clickable without having the title and description text overlaying the background image?

Hello grappa,

The header of the file uses CSS to define the space for the title and description. So, you will have to make your image as background for the header.

Hi,

First of all - thank you for your great themes. I love them!

Then: I have a problem implementing a header image in the Big Blue theme. When I replace the PHP echo function in header.php (the one that calls the Blog Title and Desc) with a standard <img src=""/> tag, I can see the image dimensions being called up on the frontpage (width and height are declared), but that vanishes when the page is fully loaded. In IE, it displays a broken image link instead.

It's a GIF image, placed in the "images" subfolder of the theme.

I explored altering the parameters of the "header" and "top" DIVs in style.css, but nothing made it work.

Is there any way I can do that?

I would like to post a series of several thumbnails but there is always a small whitespace/gap between the images on the sides and the bottom (incase i want multiple rows of images). I am not that familiar with the CSS, can someone please let me know what each parameter changes, or if this is the right block of code? Thanks in advance.

img.centered{display:block;margin-left:auto;margin-right:auto;}
img.alignright{display:inline;margin:0 0 2px 7px;padding:4px;}
img.alignleft{display:inline;margin:0 7px 2px 0;padding:4px;}
