When i opened my blog (http://www.goalcentre.com) with Mozilla everything is fine. But when i opened with IE my blog looks weird and i dont know how to fix it. Just want to ask the admin to have a look at my blog and please advice on how to fix it.

I think you are putting something in your blog or sidebars which is more than the specified size of the columns. Try resetting ur blog and add things one by one to see whats causing it.
