   I've already added an ad in the sidebar, that was easy. But how to I put an ad in the header. The theme I'm using is called Silverlight.

   Modifying in what way? Do you mean put the adsense code somewhere in the header.php or something more technical?

   Its more than just putting the ad code in the header file. First you will have to make a div with width and height and float it to the right. For doing this, you must know CSS.
