When I display the Christmas theme in Firefox, using the Test Run link from your site, it is displayed fine. When I install this theme on my own MU WordPress site, it is not displayed fine with Firefox. How is this possible?

What error are you seeing exactly? Please mention your site name or some screen shot of the error.

I don't see an error, but the images & backgrounds are not displayed. Can I mail you a screenshot?

It seems to me somehow the css file is not being read. I wonder why.... This seems to be a problem with your Firefox.

It is fixed now. The reason was that the *.css file was incorrectly send using mime-type application/octet-stream instead of text/css. I added a mime-type to the IIS server for this one, cleared the Firefox cache and it worked.
Thx for putting me in the right direction. Now I can explore your wonderful themes ...

Argh! This happened to me once. I looked the next day, and it was fine.
It is NOT a problem with Firefox.
The CSS file screwed up, probably.
