We created LiteTest.com on the basis that we love feedback, and it helps to improve the website.

I didn’t just write this to promote the product but I feel inclined to say that you can link to your tests from your website and let the user go through your website as they provide feedback and a good website analysis.

Feedback is valuable, as long as you listen to it.
It’s quite common to get feedback, bring it to your manager only to be ignored.

I saw the folly of this a while ago as I worked for another company.
We received feedback from our users but the CEO refused to listen to it.

The product eventually died because the people in the company decided that they knew what the users wanted, and the users did not! This is unfortunately something that occures in more than one company.
