I agree with all of the points

unfortunately some people do not understand that and use comments as a pure no costs advertising platform.When you sell something and connect the relevancy of your comment with your product or service thats fine, but just posting a link without giving the blog owner (or readers) the impression that you have read the post can bring a reputation loss with it.It’s comment spam.
