Zmoney, the main difference between wordpress.com and wordpress.org is that .com provides free hosting of a wordpress blog and .org provides the software (c.m.s, plugins & themes) to install wordpress on your own hosting account.
To install wordpress on your domain (www.yoursite.com) you need to install it in the public_html directory and not a sub-directory called wordpress or blog (www.yoursite.com/wordpress or http://www.yoursite.com/blog)

As far as i know the most easiest cms that exist on net and used by millions of blogger and website owner is wordpress. Because wordpress is so easy to understand and manage that no-brainer person can easily deal with wordpress…
I think wordpress rocks…

I just built my site for painting on the wordpress platform. I really enjoy having the cosmetics of a theme with the ease of use of wordpress. I took advantage of the permalinks to make seo friendly urls. It really great to be able to login yourself for updates and not pay a programmer to do it for you.
