Great inspiration! I really enjoyed the creative uses of paper, typography, and die cuts. I really enjoyed Harold Lee Miller’s photography business card. It seemed retro, yet had a camera die cut. I also loved the How’s my designing card’s use of paper and perforated edge for comments! Very creative. Thanks for the inspiration.
Very impressive and informative post.
There are some great business card design examples here. Business cards are very easy to get wrong for companies as there are so many cheap online companies offering ‘quick’ designs based on templates, and these never look good. Time should be taken both in the design, and the choosing of the paper stock.
very nice cards, a real inspiration
I love the in watermelon sugar card! nicely done. I got my cards done by buying a card template of http://www.1businesscardtemplates.com. I am not a designer at all…I wish I was though!

Great designs. Folks above are right: Not enough time is spent on the typical business card.
,..] http://www.blogohblog.com is one must read source on this issue,..]
Aah the classic business card.
Always less is more.
the designs on the business cards are amazing. the sad part is that people don’t like to pay and they don’t realize that the business card is going to be doing the advertising for them in someones wallet. but on the other hand, i love the designs
Interesting. I’m more into making tiny books with inspirational messages. I use lots of glitter and make the cutest covers. Some have two cats in love with little hearts hanging on top of their heads. Others I have a big round moon with a dog howling. Some have butterflies with glitter and so on…
Praise your site for your advice.
I really do like the graphic design and printing work shown above. Keep it up!

One sure way to make affiliate income is to combine article marketing or writing articles and clickbank. One way to make affilaite marketing work for you.

wow…….!!
There are two business cards in the list which i suppose is cardboard, but what i have been moved recently is the paper thin wood business cards.
sweet stuff!
Very interesting blog – I’ve been searching all night to find a creative supplier but no luck yet
Thanks for the post. What do you all think of the future of blogging? I have been reading a lot about google’s attempt to gain preferential treatment for its site from internet providers. This will result in their sites being faster than sites owned by individuals and/or smaller comapnies. It’s my beleif that if google is able to succeed there will be far less websites out there and therefore far less blogging.
Yeah… it’s new way to show your business, how much creative you are. I really like some of the business cards in above mention designs.
This is truly innovative and insightful information- thanks a lot for the post.
Slick cards,
I really like the pop out cards that either turn out a guy or make their own stand, I really like the one with open cut square.
As far as the plastic clear cards, we print and sell those at my companies site, plasticprinters.com
so any source code for this design? at least layout format.
thanks.
I found this interesting article on how to get rid of old unwanted business cards. Using a simple card folding technique you are able to make a cubes using six cards.
2400 business cards, no glue and a lunchtime or two?:

do u think that mine could deserve to appear in such a collection ? http://www.johnbrightman.com/business-card/

Another option is a service like TextID–a recently launched novel way to help people communicate with customers, colleagues and friends—WITHOUT paper. TextID allows users to purchase unique text “domains”, such as their names or businesses that allows them to pass along contact information and messages quickly and conveniently. They can give out their ID, lawn care or Angie for example, and the recipient texts that name to 555411. In just a few moments, they will receive a text back to their phones with contact information and the message the TextID member has chosen, which can also include a pdf file or brochure.
Obviously the new service has a wide range of applications, from personal to commercial. Whether for realtors looking to get pricing and home information into a potential buyer’s hand while they are out looking for a home, a hip teacher providing up-to-date assignment and test information, a restaurant passing on weekly specials, a club promoter pushing the weekend band, or someone just looking to make the dating scene a bit easier, Text ID works great for a variety of users.
What a nice theme. Hmm.. I like it very much. Thank you for sharing it free. Appreciate it.
Cool. Thanks.
That is great.
This blog Is very informative , I am really pleased to post my comment on this blog . It helped me with ocean of knowledge so I really belive you will do much better in the future . Good job web master .
These are awesome card designs, however, purchasing these types of business cards are probably very expensive.
For someone like me who has to have nice cards and watch my budget I’ve found some online business card printers to come in handy.

Hi!
I liked the business cards shown above in your pics. Thay were very unique and that makes them stand out in a crowded bulletin board and a conversation piece!
Do people like super-high gloss cards for their business made from a photo and printed on a thickcard stock? The phoyo can be one of your own or a professional image taken by a pro.
My friend handed me one of his business cards awhile back and i was instantly impressed with the class it had. NOT cheap cards. But I soon found out – (only because it was my close friend)
I decided to partner with the company because they have a 100% feedback rating on an auction site and they are a very customer satisfaction driven company.
Please visit this site for more information. (prices are not written in stone. I can make a better price if need be.

I love those business cards. They are great.
I collect business cards.
One of the best ways to explore business cards is to ask for samples from a printing firm. They will send you loads of designs through the post and free of charge.
I also recently build an online business generator site. Some of the business template design are inspired from your site. here is the address: http://template-media.com/business-card … need your comments
.thanks
They’re all so unique. There should be more creative ones out there instead of the vanilla business cards. There are also other special effects that can help make business cards stand out. To get free samples, visit lettuceprint.com.
I must recognize I am quite impressed with some Business Cards, specially I love the concept of “cat” and “actual”. Nice and usefull as well. Good work.
Stunning Cards….
Can’t wit till I can make up my mind on which ones I like the best!
TraVerus Travel
wow, those business cards look great. I wanted to pass along a new site that is up and running now for any small business owners looking to get 250 free cards.
Take a peek!
http://www.giggeprint.com
Some of thee are great. I wrote about one of my favorites on my own site:
All the cards look great, but the ones that stood out to me were the die cut ones. These are great to make but are pretty pricey. I think if a design is great you can print on the most expensive, or the cheapest paper and the business cards will still be impressive.
Take the business cards at http://www.mind2print.com for example. They’re simple but effective, printed on high quality paper (not die cut).

i love the super capacity card, where do you get that
Impressive! I like several of them, very nice.
nice… I have wanted to find something incredibly creative for myself… for a while I did the plastic card thing and that always stood out, but not enough…
I like the pop-up card idea… (I’ve always wanted a card that was more three dimentional rather than just flat…)
hey, i love this namecard. it looks more advanced than any others namecard.
where did u get this?
p/s: hey bob, i got your template in my blog blogspot.
check it out at: http://howyoucanmakemoneyoninternet.blogspot.com
thanks.
haha..cantik beb..nie brape kos nak buat kalau camni ek?
Hey don’t use other ppl pic and article to put inside your blog! Those name card picture are belong to http://www.davidairey.com NOT U Stupid Malay! Malay people not that smart! They are PIG! Don’t know anything.
I like super capacity, it looks so stylish.
It appears that most of these individuals are in the design or creative profession. I feel that is important to create business cards like the ones above if you are in these professions so you stand out from the competition. If you’re a graphic designer, people expect you to be creative. If you hand them a dull and lifeless business card it reflects poorly on your ability as a designer.
I do believe though that these kind of cards are only good for creative or artistic professions and wouldn’t be ideal for individuals in certain professions.
I made my business card with moo.com
like those tiny things
I love The Actual Size. It’s the most original
New design of business card can change the people reaction to responsive…Maybe for me just use the old one. Tq Bob for the info.
