WordPress Plugin – Redirection

After i moved to new server, some of URLs from my blog had trouble crawling by Googlebot. How to handle it without manual edit on .htaccess?

Error 404

Redirection plugin is the answer!

Redirection is a WordPress plugin to manage 301 redirections, keep track of 404 errors, and generally tidy up any loose ends your site may have. This is particularly useful if you are migrating pages from an old website, or are changing the directory of your WordPress installation.

Wow, that would’ve made my life so much easier. I went crazy trying to figure out how to make a .htaccess file when I moved domain names and I had alot of trouble.

I’ll keep this in mind for the future.
